Rage Club

Saturday, July 26 | 1:30 pm - 4 pm ~ Daway & Meredith
$20 - $40 Sliding Scale

Rage Club is a space to come alive. Most of us have spent our lives being told that it’s not ok to feel Anger—that it’s aggressive, dangerous, destructive, etc.

In Rage Club, we feel our anger to heal. We transform by letting our anger up, and practicing holding and flowing it. We treat it, and all our other feelings, as neutral sources of information. Rage Club is an extraordinary space where you can go there, feel what you've not allowed yourself to feel, say what you've not known you've needed to say, and find a different kind of wholeness, aliveness, and love for yourself than most of Modern Culture makes room for. You do not need to come actively angry about anything, though if you are, bring it in full force!

Your Conscious Anger is the source of your clarity and aliveness. You do not have to be a violent destroyer. Nor do you have to be a voiceless, polite people pleaser with no boundaries. We’ll explore the Anger that you've been suppressing or bypassing by feeling and expressing it without judgement.

Together, we will research: How does Anger show up in your body? What information does it have for you? The key to reclaiming your Life and your Dignity is connecting with your Anger.

In this Introduction to Rage Club, you will:
- Connect with your Anger and remove conscious and unconscious blocks to feeling
- Get out of your head and drop into your body
- Speak while feeling Anger at different intensities
- Reclaim your ability to set boundaries and say Yes! and No!
- Bring your Anger with Love

Rage Club is a space where extraordinary things can happen, a practice ground for learning how to take responsibility for your life. What you are angry about is what you care about. We welcome you to feel it.
