🎶 The Sound Bath: Following the gratitude session, you'll be comfortably positioned to surrender to the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and more. These harmonious waves will wash over you, cleansing away stress and negativity, leaving you in a state of deep relaxation and gratitude.

🌌 Who Can Join: This event is open to all, whether you're new to Reiki and sound healing or an experienced practitioner.
What to Bring: We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, eye covering, and a cushion for your comfort. High Frequency does have some you may use for free, too. Feel free to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and an open heart ready to receive the healing energies.
