Aria Tau is a spiritual vocalist and DJ who channels healing melodies and songs that uplift and transform.
With a background in jazz, opera and shamanic vocals, Aria's ethereal voice floats over the beat to raise the ancestors and connect with the ancient wisdom within each of us.
She plays a tribal blend of rhythms that take dancers on a journey through diverse genres. From deep house to techno to bass to spiritual organic, her ecstatic dance sets surprise in their unexpected boldness.
Aria is a daughter of the Earth, born and raised in South Africa with ancestry in India and the Middle East, she has traveled the globe to learn musical and healing techniques and modalities and is now based between Portland, Oregon, and Cape Town, South Africa.
