Community Grief Ritual

Community Grief Ritual

Sunday, August 29, 2021 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Cost: $20.00

Grief. Beautiful, messy, painful grief.

We all have the capacity and wisdom to unearth the fullness of our grief. However, there is very little

space within our society and sometimes within ourselves, to truly and genuinely grieve. So often, we

grieve alone, which has its time and place. And, there are times we are meant to grieve together, with

family, in community. Held with each other, by each other.

In this ritual, we will be utilizing tools such as embodiment, sound, and elemental wisdom to ground in a

collective field of safety and permission for each one of us to unearth in. Here, we set aside the protection

of our identities and come as we are; in the fullness of our humanness and share the gifts of our

acknowledgment, empathy and compassion. Please, gift yourself and all of us the beauty of your

vulnerable loving heart and join us in this ancient ritual.

Facilitator Biography

Camelia is a Mother, a sister, a friend, and fellow earth steward who is devoted to Truth, unconditional

Love, and soul purpose in all beings. She is an amazing cook, massage therapist, postpartum doula,

transformation catalyst, gardener, and human. She is committed to being fully here on Earth, anchoring

the magnitude of soul in body through emotional wisdom, shadow alchemy, and embodied practices.

Her relationship with grief starting at a very young age and unknowingly, became very intimate. She did

not know how to grieve, it happened through her. In its own way, in its own time. As her evolution

continues, she falls deeper in love with the Truth of the Heart, and has come to know this vulnerable,

highly intelligent energy space as one of the realest parts of self. She feels deeply passionate about

embodying and sharing this innate wisdom by helping create a space where all of one is welcome to be

heard, seen, held, and unconditionally loved. She has seen and lived the beauty of sharing grief together

as one human family and is committed to co-creating it with all who want to dance home in this way.
