Remember all of the great dances at High Frequency Loft?! Well, it's time to support the space we love, and to celebrate it through dance.
Every Thursday night during the pandemic I have hosted dance online.
On Earth Day, Thursday April 22nd we will dance for High Frequency Loft. Please join us online for a half hour somatic movement/improvisation class followed by one hour of freeform dance.

We use an online radio station to broadcast the music! Once you register for class, a thank you page will pop up with the Zoom Link and the URL for the radio station.
