Candlelit Yoga Flow with Live Music by Anaina & Tilo
Come together in community to celebrate the seasonal shift from winter to spring in this slow flow class open to all levels of experience. We’ll integrate mindful movement, pranayama, stillness, connection, and Yin-inspired poses to tonify the Liver channels and organ. The light of the candles will help us reflect on the light inward as we move with authenticity, ease, curiosity and gratitude for our radiant being.
Alexandra Tilottamma’s live music offering will provide inspiring & uplifting vocal acoustics to our practice.
