The jade egg teaches you how to have a daily self-care sexual practice that is not JUST a sexual practice, but also a spiritual, emotional and mental practice where body, mind, heart and soul come together with sexuality.

OCTOBER 15 - JADE EGG INTRODUCTION
If you know nothing about the jade egg or how to use it, come to this class! It offers the necessary basics (but you can still come to the other classes even if you don't come to this one!)
OCTOBER 22 - POWER OF SELF-LOVE
This week focuses on practices that help you open and reach towards self-love, compassion, heart awakening and tapping into a more sensual, loving and yin way of being.
OCTOBER 29 - DEEP CLEANSING
This week is good for sexual/romantic relationships or abusive situations you wish to cleanse from your body. Gentle trauma release and somatic sensation practices will be utilized.
NOVEMBER 5 - TANTRIC ORGASMS
This class works with the chakra system to help you awaken to deep states of sexual pleasure and transformation through opening you up to movements of energy within.
NOVEMBER 12 - HEALING THROUGH NATURE
This class teaches you how to use the jade egg in nature, tapping into the healing potential of the earth and how you can feel the energies of the earth within your own sexual body.
NOVEMBER 19 - POWERPUSSY WEIGHTLIFTING
Weightlifting with your jade egg can be a tremendously pleasurable experience, helping you tone your vaginal muscles, feeling into your power and tapping into deep ecstasy.
NOVEMBER 26 - SEXUAL SUPERSTAR
This class helps you dive deep into your orgasmic potential! It works at focusing on particular muscles in your pelvis and vagina in order to amp up and express the wild woman within.
DECEMBER 3 - AWAKENED WOMAN
This final class will focus on what YOU want to experience! With 1-on-1 attention and sharing, we'll tune into what else YOU need to become a fully awakened woman.
