MogaDao Sacred Daoist Sexuality is a practice of Return. A returning to the prenatal and original energy in our bodies. A returning to deep sensitivity, self-reverence, attention, and cultivation of generosity. Sexual energy is understood as the foundation for vibrant physical health, creativity, vitality, trust, refinement, and deep alignment with ones sacred path. MogaDao Sacred Daoist Sexuality is about developing a personal culture of sexuality, an ecology of vitality and a well-spring of vibrant Qi.
This 3 hour workshop will introduce students to the fundamental practices of MogaDao Sacred Daoist Sexuality, including Internal Alchemy, Qigong forms for vital sexual health, Self-Cultivation practices for all genders and ritual. We will move between physical practice and didactic teachings in a safe and reverent atmosphere. Intimate practices will be discussed but are meant to be practiced in privacy.

Nikesha Breeze is one of the primary teachers of the tradition of MogaDao. She is the partner of Master Zhenzan Dao, founder of the MogaDao Institute, and one of the highest certified teachers in the tradition. Her classes combine a supreme fluidity and attention to detail as well as a supreme depth of understanding of the medical, psychological and spiritual implications of the practice.
